Everything is private by default. A person opens a module only if you granted it to
them with π Access, or a role they hold grants it. Every module page enforces this itself β
not just the Bridge β so a direct URL gets bounced too. Roles are editable on the
Roles & Rights tab; change a role's modules and everyone holding it changes with it,
immediately. Suspending someone closes every module at once without deleting their history.
A role is a named bundle of modules. Edit one and every user holding it updates immediately β
no redeploy. Admin and Guest
are system roles and can't be deleted.
A join link lets someone create their own FitIQ account β no invite from you, no 8-digit code.
The secret is the ?c= on the end of the link, so treat the whole
link as a password. Each link is capped, can
expire, and you can switch it off at any second.
π Whoever uses it gets FitIQ and nothing else, approved straight away,
as a guest. The server refuses to grant anything beyond FitIQ even if
this row is tampered with.

π² Send it by text or WhatsApp. Anyone holding it can make one account, up to the cap you set.
Only the scrambled fingerprint is stored here β lose the link and you simply make a new one.

If someone says the link will not work, check this list first. already has an account
means they are on WilHQ under that email β they sign in instead, and you grant FitIQ with π Access
on the Crew tab. used up or expired means the link did its job; make a new one.
Ten failed tries from one device and that device is blocked for an hour, on purpose.
Every module open (Tier A) plus a 60-second attention heartbeat (Tier B) β which modules each
person actually uses, how long they stay, and who is in what right
now. Hidden tabs and idle time are excluded, so the hours are real attention.

They get two emails: a WilHQ welcome with what they can open, and an
8-digit code from the auth system to set their own password.
Leave every role unticked to grant nothing by default β then choose the exact
modules below. A role is just a saved bundle; only Admin grants anything on its own.
Appears in the WilHQ welcome email above the button.
Edit Profile
Changing this updates the profile only β their sign-in address stays the same.
